1、首先煮大骨汤,直接冷水下锅,再加入生姜片。烧开后把里面的浮沫捞出来,加点米醋和料酒,,中小火炖大约1个半小时左右

2、肉馅我用的是后腿肉,我看 *** 里网友评论说用前腿肉好些。还有肉馅里我习惯加了点葱姜沫进去,还有网友说吃不了生姜咋办?这个可以用葱姜水代替。老一辈的人传下来一句话是:冬吃萝卜、夏吃姜,所以我觉得还是要吃点生姜对身体好些。

肉剁好后,切点葱沫和生姜沫,肉馅里加入盐、白糖和糯米粉,料酒、生抽、十三香,鸡蛋清一个。觉得干的话,再稍微加点水朝一 个方向不停的搅拌

3、馄饨好吃, *** 葱油也是关键。再切点葱姜蒜和香菜,油锅里放一个八角,加入葱姜蒜倒进去炸香,然后加十三香和白胡椒粉拌匀

大概30秒左右,把大料捞出来,把炒过的油也倒碗里备用.

碗里加盐、白胡椒粉、紫菜、虾米、香菜、再加入刚才炒的葱油、少量的生抽

又到了一下班就像钻进被窝的季节了,每天都要纠结吃点什么好!要不,吃点馄饨?不想做饭的时候来一碗热乎乎的香菇肉馅儿的大馄饨,在氤氲的热气中享受着不用做饭的美好时光。下面就跟着小易一起,来看看怎么做的吧!

所需食材:

香菇、肉末、葱、酱、料酒、生抽、蚝油、白糖、盐、鸡精、鸡蛋清1个、香油、食用油、馄饨皮、紫菜、虾皮

*** 步骤:

之一步:买回来的新鲜香菇切掉根,清洗干净;然后锅中加水烧开,把香菇焯水,焯好水后充分放凉;最后把放凉的香菇挤干水分,切成细丁备用;葱、姜切成末备用。

第二步:现成的肉末倒入大碗中,再倒入少许料酒,下手充分搅拌;然后把准备好的葱姜末放进来,拌匀后再分次加入半碗清水,每次都要等肉末把水分都吸收进去了再加下一次水;最后拌好的肉末就是嫩嫩的状态。

第三步:往肉末中调味适量生抽、蚝油、白糖、盐、鸡精并拌匀,然后再打入一个鸡蛋清,拌匀后淋入少许香油以便锁住肉末中的水分;都做好后,腌制一会儿备用。

第四步:锅里加入少许食用油,把香菇下入锅中炒一下,再调味适量食用盐并炒匀;待香菇放凉后,倒入肉末碗里拌匀备用。

第五步:现成的大馄饨皮子,边缘抹少许水,然后放上馅儿,直接对边缘捏合,再边角捏紧即可,都包好后备用。

第六步:锅里加水烧开,下入包好的馄饨;煮开后激三次冷水,再次煮开就熟了。

第七步:调汤。碗里加入紫菜、虾皮、鸡精、盐、香油、青葱,再加入适量煮馄饨的汤冲开;最后把煮好的馄饨捞出来,放入汤汁中,美味即成!

包好的馄饨如果一次吃不完,就分装到小袋子中,放入冰箱冷冻保存。
