家常腌酸菜的做法:

提前准备好适量的芥菜,掰开去掉根部,还有黄叶烂叶,用清水冲洗干净,记得多洗几遍,洗得仔细一点。

拿几个青红椒也用清水洗干净,把洗好的芥菜还有青红椒放在户外干净的地方,要保证有太阳的天气。

晾晒一天,芥菜和青红椒都晒得稍微干一点,准备无油干净的锅具,倒入适量的清水,大火加热烧开。

然后倒入芥菜焯水,等到芥菜变绿色,捞出芥菜控一下水分,然后放入无水无油可以密封的容器内。
