黑鱼鸡蛋羹营养非常的丰富,主要的食材以黑鱼、鸡蛋为主,这样蒸出来的鸡蛋羹口感更细腻,做法简单,掌握这些 *** 你也可以蒸出营养美味的鸡蛋羹哦!一起来看看 *** 过程吧~
【准备的食材】
一条黑鱼、三个鸡蛋、生姜、葱等
之一步:买会来的黑鱼处理一下,鱼鳞打掉,鱼肉割下来,鱼骨剁成块。
第二步:割下来的鱼肉去掉鱼片,把鱼肉打成薄片。
第三步:鱼片放入清水里清洗一下,鱼骨也清洗一下血水备用。
第四步:碗里放入生姜片葱结,倒点料酒用手抓住葱姜汁。
第五步:鱼片装入盘中,把葱姜汁倒入鱼中,放点盐,放点点的耗油,放少许生粉,用手抓匀,再倒 *** 拉油,也可以用植物油,腌制15分钟。
第六步:起锅倒油,油烧热后,把鱼骨放下去煎一下,煎至金黄加入清水炖。
第七步:把鱼汤炖白,鱼肉捣烂继续炖一下,汤更加白,炖好后,把鱼骨打出来不要。
第八步:再把鱼汤过一下滤,把里面的鱼骨过滤出来,防止吃到鱼骨。
第九步:碗里敲3个鸡蛋打散,把放凉至二十度的鱼汤倒下去,比列是1:1.5,这样营养更好,鸡蛋羹更嫩一些。
第十步:把调好的黑鱼鸡蛋液过滤到盘子里,过滤一下蒸出来的鸡蛋羹不会起蜂窝。
第十一步:锅里倒入清水,把水烧开,放上屉板,把鸡蛋液放上去蒸,蛋液上盖上一个盘子,这样蒸出来的鸡蛋羹更好一些,盖上盖子蒸7分钟。开盖后,把鱼片放上去摆好,再盖上盖子蒸3分钟。
第十二步:出锅后撒上葱花,放几颗枸杞点缀一下即可,这样做的黑鱼鸡蛋羹营养美味,老人小孩都能吃,喜欢的朋友可以试试哦!

大家好,我是乡村潘哥,来自农村的一个爱做菜的乡厨
在饭店砂锅鱼可以说是非常抢手的一道菜肴,味道鲜美,营养价值也非常的高,所以才备受大家的喜欢,吃上一口犹如豆腐脑,入口即化,今天来分享一道砂锅鱼的做法,步骤简单明了,看看就能上手,赶紧动起来吧!
【准备的食材】
一条将近3斤的草鱼、一个白萝卜、生姜片、一个红辣椒等。
之一步:先把草鱼的鱼鳞打掉,再把内脏处理干净。
第二步:把草鱼剁成这样的圈就可以了,放入清水里,用一边小点的刀把里面的黑膜刮干净备用。
第三步:鱼块里倒点料酒去腥,放些葱结和生姜片,放点耗油,放点盐,用手抓匀腌制15分钟。
第四步:白萝卜去掉皮,再改刀切成厚点的块,用来炖的大块点好吃些。
第五步:准备点配菜:大蒜切碎,生姜切成片,一个红辣椒切成丁,我用的是甜椒不辣的,再切点大蒜叶备用。
第六步:敲两个鸡蛋打散,准备半碗生粉,把切好的鱼圈先粘上一层蛋液,再粘上一层生粉装入碗中备用。
第七步:起锅倒油,油烧热后,把粘上蛋液和生粉的鱼圈放下去炸,开小火慢炸,炸好一面后翻一番,炸至两面金 *** 即可。
第八步:准备一个砂锅,把生姜一片一片放入砂锅里垫底,这样炖出来的鱼不会有腥味。
第九步:炸好的鱼圈放入砂锅里,一片萝卜一片鱼这样摆好。
第十步:把砂锅放火上,加入清水,清水要没过鱼和萝卜。把汤烧开,再均匀的撒点盐放在上面,盖上盖子再炖8分钟。
第十一步:开盖后,把红椒丁放上去,再盖上盖子炖2分钟。
第十二步:最后撒上蒜苗即可出锅,鲜嫩又营养的砂锅鱼就做好了,在家就能做成营养美味哦!
