【豆角炒肉】
1.首先,我们准备一下食材:豇豆一把,我们这里也叫长豆角洗净后,切成2厘米长的小段,装入盘中备用,红椒一片切成丝用来配色。
猪肉200克,先切成均匀薄片,肉片码成一排切成丝,放在盆中备用。
大蒜4颗切成片放入小盆,干辣椒一小把和蒜放在一起备用。

5.下面,我们把豆角焯一下水,锅内烧水,水开以后,倒入切好的豆角和红椒,焯水1分钟豆角断生变为青色,倒出控水备用。
